Was looking for to keep the heat down and could not afford what others were doing. Purchased this and after 300 miles if riding with it found that it works perfect for me. Heat problem cut by 80 per cent and cannot beat the price

Very sturdy and super easy to install. The backing absorbs the heat from the engine and pipes and there is no more burning my thighs and crotch. When riding the wind does pick these up off the frame of the bike and it looks like you have mini wings sticking out. Perhaps adding a weight of some sort to the bottom of these would help correct that but I haven't tried to do that yet. May try to in the future as it is a bit annoying having to push them back down at times. But I guess the bright side of that is it doesn't restrict air flow to the engine. Overall very happy with these.

Definitely a must have for twin cam Harleys! Deflects the heat and make waiting at traffic lights more comfortable. Lol

Used it twice so far, makes huge difference on traffic lights, did not observe any melting (at least yet), if it changes will update this review

I put this cover on my brand new Harley Davidson Sportster S. It worked reasonable well isolating the heat. The BIG ISSUE is that the very first day I put it on my bike, the back of the cover sort of melted and left very visible silver-colored marks on my black tank. I had to wash and polish the tank to remove the marks, it wasn't an easy job.Don't buy this product unless you want to ruin your bike.

At first I thought it was a great add to my bike. Then when you take it on a trip and it Flys in the wind it's not very useful

I wasn’t sure about the quality of materials that was going to come on this heat shield for this price but they are excellent. It works really well and has made riding for my wife on her softail much much more comfortable. Not sure why in selecting rating criteria of this Amazon picked Adhesion? Nothing stick on them? Install was as easy as removing the seat and centering them evenly over the engine and putting the seat back on. If your inner thighs are getting cooked on hot days in slow traffic these will save you. They should come with every harley. Do t be afraid to buy, they work great.

It helps keep the heat off but it melts on the inside which makes it smell like smoke . Poor quality

They work ok but they need weight in the bottom to keep them down. They blow upward when moving

It didn't fit , and tried to short out the battery. Maybe I installed it wrong but don't think so.
