I replaced my girlfriend's broken OEM Chrysler radio in her 2016 Jeep Patriot with a "no name" Android double DIN LCD unit that I also purchased on Amazon, and everything has been great.

Bought this kit for my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT to replace my stock broken radio (w/o satellite radio, gps, or bluetooth) with a cheap head unit. You do need some basic wiring knowledge to complete the installation. The wiring kit is clearly labeled making the install mostly painless. The only major thing was I had to find an ignition wire under the dash for the red wire to tap into for the new radio, as the stock radio didn't have one. I figured it out and my new radio works awesome. I got lucky with my radio fitment as all of my trim pieces snapped back into place with minimal gaps and came out looking good.
