I was skeptical buying this item as reviews were mixed. I will say it was worth the buy! One review said the material was flimsy but I highly disagree. Do you need to be careful when touching? Yes. Should you be rough with it? No. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t be careful as it is slightly fragile but being it’s for my wedding, I’m careful about everything lol. We love the gold, nothing is chipped or cheap looking. We can’t wait to see how these look as our table centerpieces! Taking them all out of the box they do have annoying styrofoam that sticks to them, that’s my only complaint. I can deal with cleaning them though as it meant they came in one piece, no breaks, cracks, chips or scratches anywhere to be found!

when I opened the package 2 of the 3 lanterns were covered in dog hair. Must have been a returned unit. so gross was not cleaned before reselling. Thanks Amazon. Item is otherwise as pictured

They are very pretty and came well wrapped. I put decorative stone in the bottom and my candle on top of them. I'm very happy with these and would recommend
