It's a nice portable skillet, and it has made crepe making easy.Please note that this is not a spinning crepe maker like you might see at the mall. It's pretty hard to get a nice round crepe that's perfect. But it does make nice crepes and the non-stick coating works great. I had a better silicone omelette flipper and never used the wooden spatula... And I wouldn't suggest it.We have made lemon poppyseed crepes filled with blueberries and lemon cream cheese, chocolate cherry crepes with vanilla cream cheese, and apple cinnamon honey crepes. All very good. They freeze well for later, and we like to take them camping as they are quick to warm up and serve.Sifting your flour is essential for not getting lumps. If you like the powdered sugar, this is a good time to pick up a $5 duster as well. Canned pie filling from the grocery store works fine if you're too lazy to make your own filling. Sweetened cream cheese is just 8oz cream cheese and 1/2 a cup of powdered sugar mixed together.

I just received this and so far it is working perfectly. I wanted this for making crêpes and thin egg white omelettes. I was able to make a very nice one with no sticking to the pan. I was having a lot of trouble with my gas stove, causing food to stick to the pan. I wanted a stick free pan that didn’t require adding oil or butter to the surface. I was able to make the food today with absolutely no grease on the griddle. There was a little residue, but I was able to use a wooden paddle to remove it easily. I would highly recommend this if you’re interested in a nonstick electric pan.

I'm not quite satisfied, I'd rather make pancakes in my pan as you can see in the pictures
