Old flange was completely gone. Because of two layers of tile I needed something to anchor the toilet down and have the top of the flange about a quarter inch above the floor. This worked great. I used extra strength silicone to attach it

I used this to fix a flange that was set below the flooring and had a broken bolt slot. This worked perfect and is now solidly fixed. Put a glob of silicone around the hole, fit the bolts through the slots and screw down all 6 holes.

Bought one, then ordered two more. Solid PVC, no hollowed out areas to minimize plastic used to make the part. Better to buy several of these so you can use PVC cement to join them together to get the exact depth needed for your job.

Easy to install,I used silicon also. What you get is in the first picture, not the other pictures . Use the nut and tightened, otherwise your bolt will spin when you tighten the toilet down.
