Great for the toilet where the replacement has a different offset from the wall than the original unit. Be aware, however, that this flange won't mount up to PVC pipe, according to my plumber.

The original soil pipe was 1.5" off center, and needed to be another 5/8" from the wall. This flange, with a bit of fiddling put the new center line on the spot. Great quality. Hope I never have to do this again, but the Oatey 43500 would be my first choice. Would definitely recommend.

I was worried that this flange would cause a backup of the toilet as the flange is now bent. But I have not had any problems after the installation. I would only use a good Kohler toilet that has a power flush on it to make sure the water is flushed down.
