I used the mask for the first time and it is amazing. I can breath normal under water and no water , not even a drop came into the mask. Very clear to see with no fogging and wide viewing area. My measurement from the bridge of my nose to bottom of chin is 5 1/2 inches so I went with the S/M and it fit perfectly. No CO2 issues and O2 was fine. I highly recommend getting this Ocean Reef Aria QR+ snorkeling mask. It is well worth the money. The quality of the mask is top notch. I got the all white with orange go pro holder and it looks good. For those that gave bad reviews, I don’t understand. Maybe they did t have the right size or something. Again, Highly recommend this snorkeling mask. You’ll love it.

I love this mask so much!! Other masks don't properly ventilate CO2 and give you headaches and can potentially kill you. This mask filters it out amazing. There was no learning curve no water ever enter the mask it never fogged up and I stayed under the water snorkeling for close to 6 hours. I had a cold when I used this and couldn't breathe out of my nose and even then I still had ease to breathe. When the waves came over the mask the snorkel never once let in water! I found over 35 shark teeth because of this mask. I knocked one star off for comfort due to it making my jaw hurt bc I was mouth breathing but it wasn't that bad. This mask is truly amazing, the cloth band doesn't pull your hair the plastic viewing is amazing even though it isn't glass. I can't express how much I love it I will never snorkel the old way again.

I have been snorkeling for many years and have always wanted to try this type of mask. It worked great! I had no problems with the fit and it was easy to use. I did have to adjust my breathing. The first time I tried it, I felt like it was hard to breathe. So I adjusted my breathing and started breathly slowly and steadily and it worked! By the second use, I had no problems at all with the breathing. I am not even sure if I truly had problems with the breathing or if I was just adjusting to the new mask. It feels totally different from a normal mask and snorkel. We snorkeled between 1 to 1 1/2 hours each time and I experienced no difficulties with getting enough oxygen. The mask fits great and is extremely comfortable. My husband wore his usual mask and snorkel and he was able to understand me talking through my mask. I am not sure though, how the communication would have been if we were both wearing the new mask. I was able to see so much more with this mask. It is going to be the only snorkel mask I use from now on.

A friend told me how awesome full face masks were, and traditional gear just gives me so much anxiety and trouble, so we gave this a shot.I purchased the ML which was measured to fit me and my partner. The seal is amazing and we’re able to put our face in the water and snorkel for however long we want. It seals to our face, doesn’t let water in, and doesn’t fog. I’d recommend this mask to anyone as it’s def worth the purchase and looks pretty cool too.Once we dive wearing the mask, just a few feet under, there’s an overwhelming and uncomfortable pressure. I assume that’s normal and we don’t need to “dive†with this. I’d love to find something that’s more suitable for diving one day.We purchased both the mask and the fins in white and love the fit and quality of both. We will def get another set in another color.

Used this for a week in Hawaii for the first time.Pros:- 180 view really does make a difference! Really loved this, especially for trying to catch glimpses of rarer creatures and fast-swimming turtles.- way less water in my nose and mouth than with a regular mask and snorkelCons:- I have a low nose bridge and had to wear the mask really low on my brow to get the nose part to seal. Luckily I have pretty sparse eyebrows, but if you have a low bridge and bushy eyebrows, your eyebrow hair will probably break the outer mask seal.- You’re supposed to stop and check your mask if you see condensation inside because it could mean an improper fit and CO2 build up, but snorkeling in warm water with a wet face from the occasional clear and longish hair/bangs pretty much guarantees you will have condensation no matter what, even when the mask is fitting right. This was somewhat anxiety producing. That said, if you’re taking a really relaxed snorkel in calm water (with a buddy), attuned to how you feel with less oxygen, and make sure you are regularly going up for air and fitting your mask appropriately, you should be fine.- When you want to open water swim, or simply need to swim faster (not a leisurely snorkel), you can’t really do it with the mask on for safety reasons (CO2 builds up fast), and it’s a pain to swim with in your hand or on top of your head. My friends and I open water swam to snorkel spots, and I couldn’t keep up with those in regular masks/snorkels despite being an equally strong and in-shape swimmer. Similarly, the current pulled me out a little further from my group than I wanted, and I wasn’t comfortable hustling back in the water the way I would normally in a regular snorkel. I ended up switching out to a regular mask + dry snorkel on days where I knew I would be swimming more so I could have more freedom to swim harder if wanted or needed. If you really hate water in your face/nose/mouth and know you’ll be in calm waters, would recommend, otherwise it’s a toss up.

Very comfortable to wear and adjust. I have long hair and the quick release is such a great advantage over other full face masks I’ve used. Doesn’t fog or leak and fits perfectly. Very comfortable to wear for long snorkelling adventures!

The plastic around the chin was broken and the outer walls came loose upon opening the package. Disappointing.

Valeva la pena spendere qualche Euro in più. É la terza maschera che acquisto e finalmente ho trovato una qualità superiore. É perfettamente aderente e i materiali sono piacevoli al contatto

I did a lot of research before I purchased this mask. Most of the reviews I read recommended this Ocean Reef Aria QR+. Plus it’s made in Italy rather than China. It’s more expensive than a lot of other full face masks but I thought it would be worth the extra expenseI expected this Aria QR+ to be very well made for the price of itI also made sure that I ordered the correct size as recommended on the Ocean Reef websiteHow wrong was I because as soon as I unpacked it I immediately thought it was very badly made eg. when you click on the snorkel it has tiny plastic clips either side of it that don’t look like they will last very long at all, also when removing the snorkel you have to get your finger nails under both these tiny bits of plastic (luckily I have long nails!). If feels very cheap and nastyI also found that the float/ball inside the top of the snorkel gets stuck both ends of it’s travel which means it either doesn’t shut off air getting in or doesn’t drop back to allow air to get back in…that is just very dangerous in use and you definitely cannot rely on it working 100% of the timeProbably the worst bit of this Aria QR+ is that it leaks like a sieve. It doesn’t matter how tight I pull the straps both sides it still leaks badly. Even when I have it on it’s not comfortable at allBare in mind that I made 100% sure that I ordered the correct size according to the Ocean Reef websiteUnfortunately I had to return this to Amazon for a refund as it is simply not fit for purpose. All the reviews I read were very positive but believe me it’s utter rubbishI have since purchased the SUBEA (Decathlon) Easybreath 900 version, in size S/M, and it is in another league. It’s so much better made and just works as it should. For the record the Easybreath 900 is also less than half the price of the Aria. There are two other Easybreath full face snorkel masks; the 500 and the 540 (all based on the same basic design) that are £28 and £30-£32 respectively so even less than half the price of this AriaThe Easybreath is so much better made and everything works as it should. It also seals perfectly and doesn’t let a drop of water in. The float/ball runs very freely and the snorkel is simplicity itself to click on and off. It has the feeling of being extremely well made and that it will last a lifetime. The Easybreath is made in Poland rather than ChinaI would absolutely 100% recommend the Easybreath 900 or the 500 & 540 as they are all built to the same specificationsSo I just cannot recommend this Ocean Reef Aria QR+ full face snorkel mask. It is very badly made, doesn’t work and it’s expensive. This time you definitely don’t get what you pay for. I consider it to actually be dangerous in useThe Easybreath’s I can totally recommend. They are a bit of a bargain AND they just work as intended
