We bought this mop system hoping it would be good and easy to use. Well the end of the mop would not screw in to the handle. Let me backup. All complaints had to go through o Cedar. We had to send a video of screwing the head into the handle. Then they sent us a $10.00 coupon to buy a new head. We went to about 8 stores and no one carried this head. Now hear me out. The stores we went to, the company insisted carried the mop heads. The closest store to use was 12 miles. I sent them message after message and they kept insisting we could find this mop head. Finally yesterday we bought a different brand and was going to trash the whole o Cedar. I told them that and asked they forward my message to the higher ups.Well now today after fighting this battle over a week they asked me to write in Black on the coupon, take a picture so they could send me a new head. Seriously, why couldn’t this have been done to start with?? I say stay away from OCedar!!!

Best mop I have ever purchased! The ringer is awesome! Tired of all the self ringers that don't work bc they are so uncomfortable to maneuver or don't last long! The simplicity to use this mop makes it better that those other ones that are called "self ringers" which after a while the stick don't work or rust out

I love my mop it works really well. The only down side is the pole. It is to loose and falls off so I use the pole from my broom.

I have wood floors throughout my home, cork floors in the kitchen, as well as tiles in some very busy areas and it isn't always easy trying to find tools to clean these different floors but this microfiber mop does it all perfectly and without leaving any lint. I like the fact that it is easily cleaned, I just pop it into my washer and it comes out perfectly clean for the next time I need to use it.

I don't expect much anymore from online stores, not even if it's from Amazon, so I know they're made to break at some point. That being said, it's decently made in the handle region. But the connection between the poll and the mop head is dudgey. It's not as firm as my other one that I replaced this one with because of it breaking. But it'll do for now.

I have been using the O'Cedar microfiber mop with the quick ring mop bucket for about 2 months now. I am not a huge fan of this mop and mop bucket combination. It does not clean my floors any better than the Quickie cotton mop that I have owned for 15 years.It is economical. It is not a bad mop. However, I think the Quickie mop with the cotton mop head is far superior. I also own a 3 Gallon Behrens Galvanized Mop Bucket with Rollers that you step on to remove the excess water from the mop head. The Quickie cotton mop with the Behren steel bucket with rollers is a superior combination. I was able to remove more water from the mop head faster. Because the bucket is steel, I can add scalding hot water in the bucket to really sanitize my floors and to help to break down dirt and debris.The quickie cotton mop head absorbs more water. I am able to cover more surface area because it absorbs more water and the mop head is bigger. My floors got cleaner quicker. The Quickie mop with the cotton mop head is more gentle on my hardwood floors and on my kitchen tile. I can bleach the Quickie mop head to sanitize it when I am done to remove germs and bacteria, and to make the mop head white again.Perhaps the version of the O'Cedar microfiber mop with the mop bucket with the divided water chambers would have been better. I prefer the Quickie cotton mop with a steel buckets with rollers to O'Cedar Microfibre Quick Ring Mop bucket combination. I was not impressed by this mop or the quick ring mop bucket.

Belle qualité. Personnellement, je recherche toujours des produits fiables afin d’améliorer efficacement mon travail. C’est ce que j’ai trouvé avec cette serpillière. Elle est bien absorbante grâce au tissu en microfibre. Elle ramasse la poussière et la saleté efficacement et laisse les planchers propre et brillant sans faire de trace. Plus efficace qu’une tête de moppe en coton. J’utilise simplement de l’eau donc j’évite les produits chimiques.

Performs very well as only if you can make sure the ball of fabric is firmly attached to the stick. So easy and convenient to use that you want to mop all floors in your house every day.

The handle does not properly fit the mop head and comes out each time we tried to ring the mop. Usually wire cutter recommendations are great but we were massively disappointed in this instance.

This was a Wirecutter recommended mop. I highly recommend it. Too bad they don’t sell this in-store in Canada. I use this with this Bona spray and doesn’t show streaks on my laminate flooring. Wetjet shows streaks.
