This keypad actuator assembly was a PERFECT FIT for my 2006 F-350 King Ranch crew cab truck!!I looked up the sequence on YouTube as to how to disassemble the door panel on the driver's side;removed the clip that holds the keypad actuator in place; popped the old one out and installed the newone. perfect fit. I even ordered new keychain remotes from Amazon and programmed them to workwith this assembly. Took me about an hour--start to finish. GREAT PRODUCT!!

Worked perfect. It is clipped from behind, so you will need to take off your door panel, to access the clip, but that's pretty easy, just follow online instructions.
