The starter on my old mower gave out, and this got me up a running quickly and affordably. I was a little nervous buying this since the casing looked a bit different from the OEM unit but it fit right in. I've been using it for a month now and it cranks right up. Will it last 25 years like the OEM? I don't know, but I don't expect the machine to last another 25 years. Cheap import parts like this make it practical to keep some older equipment I have running until it's worn out.

I needed a replacement starter for my Kubota ZD21 mower. Dealer wanted $540.00, ridiculous. Thought I'd give this $58.00 starter a try as it could be returned. This starter is 100 percent identical to the OEM. Came with a data test sheet. Old starter may have been a little tired but the replacement starts faster. Made dozens of starts with no issues. Highly recommend this starter as a replacement for the OEM starter.
