Had an issue where the wiper motor fuse would pop every time I started my 2.0L 2003 Ford Ranger XL. I burned through maybe 5 of those little green 30A fuses during initial diagnosis before finally crossing my fingers and ordering this new wiper motor with hope that it'd fix the problem.Turns out I was right. The old wiper motor had seized. This wiper motor was a perfect replacement, and the install process only took about 3 hours for this first-timer. Had it for over a month now with no issues so I figured I'd give it my recommendation.

The description said it was for a 1992 Mercury Cougar, but when I went to put it in, it was all wrong. I don’t know what kind of car that part is for, but it’s not a 1992 Mercury Cougar.

Very quick delivery. Heavy duty packaging out of Mississippi. Works exactly as it should. Much cheaper than any other site I found. For a Ford Ranger, go to to see how to install. If the link I listed is not allowed, go to rangerforum dot com and pick How To: Replace windshield wiper motor. All other methods are much too hard. One improvement over the suggested method - use some string to tie around the wiper shafts so they can't fall out of reach. This will assist you in pulling them back through the hole.

needed wiper motor for my 2003 sport trac . found this new for less than half price for rebuilt for local parts store. i know built in china but what isn't.
