Trying to bring my 450 EXC back from a 10 year nap, I had a weird problem where the bike would run fine from cold, but after a few minutes it would die. What I thought was a gunked up carb with a sticking float ended up being a nearly plugged petcock, that was only flowing a tiny trickle of fuel that couldn't keep up with a running motor. I permanently damaged the old one taking it apart. Direct replacement for the listed bike; put it in & BRAAAAPPPP! Thanks!

2003 KTM 450 EXC, Rubber bushing/washer was the wrong size. It was obvious that it didn’t fit in the recess, but tried anyway. Poured gas in and it went everywhere. Made my own rubber seal from a piece of fuel hose. All good so far.

This works on my 2001 KTM 520 EXC. Cost less than the 58307105200 yet functions just as well.
