LED was not coming on with the old board, furnace was dead.I used this to replace a dead PCBBF109, and the furnace fired right up.The only problem was that they slapped a huge shipping label on the original box and mailed it, so I couldn't see what I was getting because 95% of the cover and sides were covered with the shipping label. Here's the irony, I also ordered those 3amp fuses used for theses motherboards, that came in separate bag, and I was able to put the box in the bag with the fuses and take it to the property that needed the fix. So if they can ship the fuses in bag, why can't they do the same for this item as well?And just to clarify, this board comes with a 3amp fuse attached to the board with no need to buy more.

Heating operation has become intermittent for some time now and the family is becoming increasingly annoyed. (1) replaced old LUX digital thermostat with a Nest Learning stat. still intermittent heat. crawled up to attic, inspected furnace and acknowledged fault code - open high limit (4 flashes). (2) replaced the 3 switches shown in pics. cleaned the igniter and flame sensor. Still No Heat. (3) replaced and installed new draft inducer blower because it’s been rattling while cycling. (4) removed the old board pcbbf109 (beige) and installed new board pcbbf162s (green). the new control board seemed to have eliminated the problem. almost all internal parts are new. hoping this will rid of the side eye contemptuous looks from the fam.

After I replaced the controller board, the furnace fired right up as normal. It's save me $ to call Tech. to come my house.

Worked to fix problem with old board that the cooling blower didn't work.First time to try to use for heat and the flame sensor will not register on the board. Tried to buy another to get heat for the 4 children in the house and now not available. Tried support but closed until Monday. Tried to find warranty replacement and no online options. Freezing in Nebraska and can't do anything about it until Monday.
