The OEMTOOLS 5 Piece Pickle Fork Set separates ball joints, tie rods, and pittman arms for use with an air or hand hammer. The set includes: tie-rod spread with 11/16 in wesge opening, ball-joint separator with 15/16 in jaw opening, Pitman arm wedge with 1-1/8 in opening, 8 in handle for use with your regular hammer and handle with .401 in shank for use with your air-impact hammer. Both handles fit all 3 forks and piloted handles act as shock absorbers to protect handle threads.

If you work on autos professionally, or just on the side, just buy this tool. I have used it on several cars, and as soon as someone sees the difference between good brake fluid, and then the one or two red LED's on their car they say go ahead and flush it. Every other tech that has seen it wants one too!

Much easier to use than the litmus paper type. No refills of course, very happy with product. Great shop tool.

So I thought this would give me a complete brake fluid picture along with the test strips. I was wrong. Even after following others decisions to help seal the seams near the probes with JB-weld, this thing reports wildy varying results. First test - dip it in distilled water: result 4% water (maxxed-out)--okay, it's more conductive. Old brake fluid (fails test strips) 4% water (*must* replace)--uh, not likely. More testing indicates the *exact* depth to which the probes are inserted greatly affects the results, in new brake fluid only. Spend your money on the test strips, folks.

Do not buy this if you're wanting to test DOT 5. I Paid the extra money for the one that said it would do ANY brake fluid, when I received it was printed right on it "suitable for DOT 4".

Works exactly as advertised. I am happy with the purchase and feel that it is accurate. used with the motive bleeder, I feel my brakes are in good condition.
