I change the engine oil myself in my new diesel pickup that requires 10 quarts of oil. I purchase the 5 quart pail of Rotella and need something to measure and pour the oil into the crankcase spout. This canister does the trick. It doesn't leak and it has a ring around the upper area that is molded into the plastic that is the 5 quart line. Can't get any easier than that.

Why does this have 5 Quart sticker on it and described as a 5 quart bottle? ML is the only thing on the bottle.. The lid is more of a flap than a lid. it has zero retention. It'll serve the purpose but this is way over priced for what it is.

This is exactly what I was looking for. This thing is big and sturdy. Best of all, no mention of quarts on the container. I can easily measure out the 3.5 liters of oil my car needs. Hash marks on the side are every 500 ml. Comes with a lid flap on the top and an attachable hose extension.The extension is kinda thin and flimsy plastic. Not sure how long it'll last long term.

You can see the fluid inside and the funnel works great.My only gripe with it is that it's marketed as 5QT but the bottle I got has it measured by Liters which completely defeats the purpose of why I bought it in the fist place.

I use it for motor oil very durable really easy to the oil when it gets to the amount you want i highly recommended this product is anyone fills fluids from bulk ðŸ‘

Markings aren't in quarts which is why I bought it in the 1st place.

Used for motor oil changes. Only thing I don’t like is there is no gauge for Qts. It seems to show Liters instead.
