I should have believed the caution sign that said the item was frequently returned. I purchased it because it matched the other items on my desk. I gave it one star because it does look great. However, I've only had it a couple of months and it completely does not work. It used to get stuck all the time and I would somehow get it fixed but now it completely stopped working. Waste of money. I will buy ANOTHER brand with rush shipping so I can continue working.

I love this stapler. It is so pretty and just the right weight. I am redecorating my home office and have always hated the stapler I had. The Office Goods Acrylic Stapler is beautiful, the perfect size, and the staples do not get jammed.

Edit: A representative from the company reached out and immediately sent me a new stapler and it worked perfectly! It must've been a fluke for the first one. The customer service was wonderful!I got this stapler to blend in with my home office desk in my guest bedroom, and it does not work!! Every time I try to use it, it jams up. I have yet to be able to successfully staple even 2 pieces of paper together. Super disappointed!

The stapler is good quality. Sometimes it will jam and not staple or it will get stuck. I have to keep opening it and closing it to fix it.
