Used this to house plans, permits, & paperwork on the outside of our house during remodel construction. Has held up very well through the weather. Easy to install onto house, good size, and sturdy plastic.

Only thing I can gripe a little about is the front display... it has a line (if you look closely at the bottom under the globe you can barely see it in the pic.) Anyway, it is a divider that allows you to use it for 2 different sides. BUT with that being there, you cannot place a display picture/flyer/sign in the window for people to see because it has the divider slot preventing it from laying flat against the front. It'd be nice if it had a slot for you to slide a page into for the front and then be able to use the divider or dont without it being a problem.

Large box - can fit a ream (pack) of paper, and comes with hardware to attach to various surfaces. This box is larger than others like it (can fit more papers). So, while for a real-estate info. sheet - which is usually just one paper - there isn't much difference, if you are using this to give out booklets, it helps much.(Regarding attaching, sometimes cable/zip-ties are the easiest solution - like if you're mounting to a pole. You know cable ties - the solution to all of mankind's problems..!Additional note: After putting it up, I found that the top inch (approximately) of the notice will not be seen, as it gets blocked by the lid. So take that into account when making the sign. (part gets blocked actually, and part will not be seen when standing next to it - if the box is at 'stomach height' - as the angle blocks some also). Also You're probably best of printing a sign which you will tape to the front (from the inside), as when the papers get low, they will 'slump' in the box and be hard to read (and not look so presentable). So if you have a sign taped onto the front, it will always looks great. Just a few small pieces of tape do the trick. Also, a suggestion to the manufacturer; they put a little design into the front plastic, but I find it blocks the words (very slightly), so I would suggest it just be a clear without any design. Otherwise it's great. (The holes on bottom are probably in case some water gets in - perhaps from hose spraying, so it should at least drain out). TY

Perhaps a little too high priced

I expected the front of the holder to appear clear like the photos show rather than slightly frosted in the front. Still OK but not as transparent as I had hoped. One of the threaded holes did not fit the screws right on each of two of the three holders that I ordered. This caused the screws to be difficult to turn using the cheesy little wrench provided. I ended using a box ratchet to drive it in. The "feet" on the bottom pop out easily and will probably fall out on their own over time.

Cheap screws stripped right away during installation but once replaced with higher quality ones, setup was a breeze.

This holder is what you’d expect except it tapers at the bottom making it hard to conveniently fit certain documents. Should be a basic rectangular design to accommodate rectangular documents

Bought two of these. The first one was fine, but for the second, the metal bits into which the bolts are supposed to be threaded were not glued into place so they just came out when the bolts were tightened and the box fell off the wall. At ~ CAN $50 for a plastic box with a few bits of hardware, this is pretty disappointing.
