The clipboard works great. Reminds me of the clipboard my grandpa used to use when working for Union Pacific railroad. Very sturdy, quality board material, appears to be natural wood color. A pen or pencil fits well under the clip and is the perfect size for 8-1/2"× 11" paper. I recommend it if youre looking for a simple clipboard. Good value.

I needed two clipboards for writing while doing my genealogy research notes and to easily refer to some charts that I have previously printed out for my research notes. These are perfect and they even fit on my bigger size shelf when I am done with them. I can also just lean it up against my shelf thing on my desk if I need to read something while I am typing on my laptop. They are sturdy enough to not worry about it breaking if accidentally dropped. This is simply exactly what I needed. It is what they say. It is a good quality clip board with a smooth writing surface. The clip has good tension and the size is great for standard size paper. It is refreshing to find a good product for a reasonable price now a days.

Arrived warped, either from manufacturing or whilst in delivery.It wasn't shipped in a box, it arrived in the standard paper envelope.The corner diagonal to one shown in photo is also lifted the same amount.
