It is very lumpy and kind of squished. It was packed well, so I don't think it is from being shipped. The tag was put through the front of the pillow, and now there is a small hole in the front. I will put some fray check on it which should take care of it. The colors are bright and the fabric is ok. I am keeping it, because I know my son will like it anyway, but I don't feel it was worth the money...
