Worked fine. Came with teflon tape and installed in a snap. Unfortunately it did not fit my shower head, it was a little small but I think if I force it a bit it will stay in the holder. Totally my fault though because the description clearly stated the diameter of the holder and I didn't take note of it.

The original one that came with my shower head was plastic and broke after a few months. This one is much more sturdy and fit perfect! I was a little scared it wouldn’t fit but it turned out better than expected. Have had this one for a few months and is still going strong happy with my purchase!

It worked as expected, but the groove for holding the hand held shower head was too narrow. it will work, but the shaft does not fit completely in the groove.

had to replace a badly-designed piece in my home shower, and THIS ONE looks like it's designed properly. easy to install, no leaks (use teflon tape correctly), and looks great. since my girlfriend and i are different heights, we added two suction-cup holders as well (see other review), so now can take a shower 3 different ways!

Our old connector started to leak (housing and not a seal) so I replaced it with this one. Works great.

The mount is fine. Plastic but most are these days and it was cheap. Easy to install but it did not come with gaskets or thread seal tape as it promises in the pictures in the ad. Luckily I had my own. It is installed and it seems okay.
