I bought this scale because I started dieting, and I needed something compact, high quality, and easy to clean. This met all of my expectations.Initial testing with the calibration weight were spot-on: 100g and 500g showed no deviation, and this was reaffirmed after 3 months of consistent daily use. The battery is also holding up.The nice part about this scale, which I didn't consider, is how quickly it powers on and tares. I have to tare the scale frequently while adding ingredients, and the lag is on the order of 1-2 seconds. Other scales didn't perform as well.Cleanup is also relatively easy. You can remove the metal cover for the scale, and the rest of the unit can be wiped down with a soapy sponge.

I got this for the kitchen for precision weight measurement of small quantities of food. Seems very accurate. Size os fine for items in a small bowl, such as weighing half a pound of pasta or 24g of salt for a batch of bread dough. Not big enough for large quantities, but I have a bigger, lower-precision scale for that. I love that this is powered by AAA batteries, rather than a little lithium button cell.

Accurate and repeatable! Great but pricey for a kitchen scale. Wish it could be precise to 0.1g but 1g is sufficient especially since it is accurate unlike 99% of kitchen scales including ones that are highly reviewed. Eg. Oxo

Love product! Only con: Would be nice if 1000 gram calibration weigh was included or very least a note it’s not included. You need to calibrate scale after shipping.
