I got these in order to use them to shorten any necklaces as needed. I've had chain extenders for a while and was happy to see these to do the opposite. They are a little bigger than I expected--even the smallest size, but I do like that you get multiple sizes with this set and both gold and silver. Unfortunately, you can only use them with chains that have big enough rings for them to fit through, which means limited use for these for me.
