Smooth, pigmented brightly and thick Core. Definitely nice oil pencil. Price point is where is should be. Color range is lovely. Nice add to my collection.

Great for coloring. Does not break.Great value for the money.Soft to use feels great in the hand. Would love to see more colors example more metallics, flouresant etc.

For a beginner set, this is a bit pricy. They do work well and are an in between of prismacolors and faber castell polychromos. These pencils lay down smoothly, but there is a little bit of difficulty when blending. It does layer, but it does not allow a lot of layers. I also wish the pencils were more vibrant. Due to them being oil based, it's more on the transparent side.

I got the Ohuhu Colored Pencils yesterday. I was very interested in these pencils because I saw they had so many lighter(skin tones) colors. This set has very nice color family gradients and many reds (which are hard to find) The pastels are beautiful. The pencil is comfortable to hold, and the barrels are very close to the core color. One big plus is that the pencils have a color name and number in gold, but it is also very easy to read! They are a luxurious blend of hard and soft. Lay down light layers, then you can blend them all together. These pencils do like toothy paper. I was not impressed with a smoother paper used for markers and such. But you can build many layers with these on toothier papers. And my biggest surprise came with the two metallic pencils. The silver is very shiny, but the gold is beautiful. I’ve never seen a metallic gold that looks gold! But this one does! Well done, Ohuhu, on figuring out how to make a gold colored pencil! I am including a photo of my swatches. I have rearranged the colors to my liking. Sorry about the mistakes. I’ve never ever made a perfect swatch chart 😂 I’ll try again if/when Ohuhu comes out with more colors! I will certainly be getting that set too!

Absolutely incredible colored pencils! They have a nice strong lead but are still very creamy. Just wish there were more colors. Definitely recommend!

I love everything about these pencils. The Hawaiian theme, which reminds me of my years there, the beautiful colors, but most of all, the great quality. They don't smear. Nice thick cores. The pencils stay sharp and I've had none break on me. They sharpen fantastic. No breaking there, either. I hope the company expands this line!

When I recieved the package, I noted the parent company on the box and realised this is the same company that makes Marco pencils. Doing a little comparing, pencils have same number and colour reference. I couldn't really tell any significant difference between similar colours. Just an FYI

Pretty good pencils - high quality, well made and came packed very well. There is a wide range of colors (no deep purple tho), not overly waxy like Prisma, and decent layering. The colors blends easily as well, but I can't get a good solid, dark color out of some of the pencils (Ultramarine being an example). Would I use these as a daily sketchers? Yup, I plan on having these out on my desk and hope to use them daily. My test drawing of a flower turned out fairly well; will experiment a bit more with these.

Ces crayons de couleurs sont d'une luminosité incroyable.Ils ont des pigments assez bons et le nombre de couches est variable suivant les papiers mais je suis super contente de cette gamme.Hâte de voir s'élargir la gamme en 120 ou 150!

Ben beslist geen professional , alleen een enthousiaste kleurboeken kleurder (vast geen bestaand woord :) ) Fantastische potloden, blenden goed, layering ook heel goed, ze kruimelen een beetje maar dat is geen probleem. Heel blij met deze aankoop.Kleurplaat volledig gekleurd met deze potloden
