I've used the other style tool a couple of times and its a pain you have to keep down pressure on it to keep it from jumping out of the slots. On the other hand this one did great, didn't slip and pulled the nut out with ease.

If you want to remove your OEM oil filler neck in VW engine, this tool will do it with no problem...........must have tool for VW owners

This is a crap product. It broke as soon as I tried to use it the jammed up inside the filler neck and is wedged in there. Now I get to but a while new filler neck instead. Don't buy this!
