  • STRONG ANTI-INTERFERENCE:The transmissive optical sensor used consists of an infrared light emitting diode and a phototransistor. This both prevents interference from stray external light sources and by having the two components matched for a specific frequency of radiation, they are even more immune to undesired interference.
  • EASY TO USE: The DO output interface can be directly connected to the IO port of the MCU to detect whether the sensor has a occlusion. If the motor code plate is used, the motor speed can be detected. The module DO can be connected to a relay to form a limit switch, or can be connected to the active buzzer module to form an alarm.

This is a great little sensor at an affordable price. Worked perfectly for what I needed. I have a custom project that needed to be able to detect a home position for a stepper motor controlled mechanism. Originally, I had a simple roller micro-switch but was not able to get a consistently accurate home position. I ordered these to hopefully get a sensor that would be easy to setup and use. Took me 10 minutes to tie it into my circuit (Arduino) and it worked perfectly for my application. Precise and accurate homing routine now ;) And... I have 4 spare sensors (5 were included in the order).

My application is measuring RPM of a lathe headstock (0 - 1000 RPM) and generating an index pulse for spindle position. Easy to adapt to the application. PCB has solder masks and a combination of surface mount and thru hole components. All solder connections look clean and no poor connections. I Liked the sensor modules enough that a bought another batch of 5 pieces just to have on hand.

I have used approximately 20 of these sensors to monitor optical disk used to monitor stepper motor speed and position in various systems. The sensors are reliable easy to use and mount. They also have both an analog and digital output which has proved usefully. Great value. Fast shipping.

Didn't have any issues with these LM393. I have used 3 of them, one continuously. I was expecting some static buildup on the emitter or detector, but nothing yet - might be the right sort of plastic?

Utilisé par deux avec un disque a lumières pour mesurer le nombre de 60eme de tour(il y a 60 trous sur mon disque) endetevtant le Sens de rotation. Impeccable attention mon disque tourne environ a 600 tours minutes je n' ai pas eu l occasion de testé plus vite et mon disque fait 80mm de diamètre.Je recommande vivement

Questo sensore fotoelettrico si compone di un led ad infrarossi posto di fronte ad un ricevitore. Il dispositivo è in grado di rilevare la presenza di una ostruzione che blocca o attenua la luce del led.Questo kit contiene cinque moduli imbustati singolarmente in altrettante bustine antistatiche, che sono a loro volta chiuse in un sacchetto più grande. I moduli appaiono di buona fattura: non vedo tracce di saldature fredde o altri difetti costruttivi. Sui moduli sono presenti due led: uno indica la presenza di alimentazione, mentre il secondo si spegne se la luce del led viene bloccata.Ho provato i moduli con un clone Arduino UNO, e funzionano perfettamente. Un aspetto abbastanza interessante è la presenza di un pin digitale, che indica se il led infrarosso è occluso oppure no, e un pin analogico che sembra mandare un segnale proporzionale all'entità dell'occlusione. Nei miei dispositivi la funzione analogRead() di Arduino restituisce circa 22 se non c'è ostruzione, e circa 600 in presenza di ostruzione totale; valori intermedi si osservano facendo passare davanti al sensore dei piccoli oggetti (ad es., un filo sottile) che non bloccano del tutto ma attenuano la luce infrarossa, per cui il segnale digitale continua a essere zero.È un peccato che lo spazio nella forcella che separa il led dal fotodiodo sia di 5mm, che è troppo poco per le mie esigenze (contare il numero di gocce di liquido che cadono da un apparato di misura; basta una minima vibrazione e le gocce cadono su una delle due staffe). Nonostante questo sono soddisfatto di questi sensori, che sicuramente userò in futuri progetti.

So 5 Stück bestelltteil 1 Leuchtet aber Lichtschranke ohne Funktionteil 2 wie 1teil3 wie 1erst beim 4 und nach etlichen versuchen und ranlassen ein Lebenszeichen jedoch nach 2 stunden Einsatz ist auch hier das Jeeprom durch was wirklich bitter ist wie gesagt 5 bestellt und keines funktioniert nur annähernd wie angegeben eine Beschreibung lag nicht bei die teile waren auch sondergleichen schlecht verpackt worden lieblos in einen zu großen Karton gepackt hat sich das Päckchen bereits bei Ankunft angehört wie ne Packung Cornflakes bittere Kaufentscheidung
