4.4/5 it's a Good product but I've got one that comes with protection for your weights I just decided to add this to my collection for when I Open my own Gym. my only complaint is that it needs pads because I don't want to Scuff up my $400 Barbells on other Metals.

Fixed to the wall no problem and has so far held my standard barbells no problem, very sturdy! However I have a hex bar that it won't hold just because the slots are very close to one another, so the design suits more traditionally shaped bars. Does it's job, happy with it.

Pros:- The metal is very sturdy, definitely strong enough to hold even the heaviest weightlifting bars.- Installation is pretty easy. It comes with expansion bolts which are ideal for installing heavy-duty things into masonry like brick.Cons:- There are 3 holes for the bolts to go into, but I only received 2 bolts in my package. Also the product description shows 3 bolts. It seems to be secure enough with only 2 in place though.- It didn't come with any instructions. I got this barbell mount without realizing that I wouldn't be able to mount it to the wall studs in my basement home gym. It is well made and the mounting screws seem great for solid concrete, but I will have to attach the mount to a piece of wood and then attach that to my studs to ensure that it stays secure. It would be better with some padding rather than having my barbell sit directly on the steel. Overall, it's a decent product, but the mounting options are limited.
