It does not make omelets it only makes scrambled burnt eggs. even on low heat, the eggs would burn before being done or you would need to flip the pan and that would not work without spilling the eggs all over.

Did not come with instructions on how to assemble, had to look at the picture on the box. Some pieces did not go together. Very confused. I am a very disappointed customer, and do not recommend this product.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!I should have looked at reviews. As others have said, the paint immediately peels of the pan for no reason.The only thing to touch the pan was egg and a wood spatula.I'm no doctor, but eating metal spray paint seems like it would be really hazardous to your health.And when the lawsuits come, it would seem that Amazon should bare much of the liability. How is this even being sold to people? I initiated a return, but that doesn't help with the fact that I just ate paint.

It's just a damn omelette pan. A few recipes and instructions would have beennice but not necessary.
