I bought it in September 2022. Now it's March 2025 and we still have it in perfect condition and we love it. The metal bowl keeps heat so well, my son always eats warm food. It looks like a small bowl, but it hold a big portion of food. Plus plenty of space for cold food. I like that it's deep, so it fits a lot. Easy to use, the design and quality is outstanding.

Very satisfied with the product! Perfect to pack lunch/ snacks for my 2 girls. I love that It keeps the food warm and can also put their snack in one lunch box rather than having to box a separate thing to put snacks.

This is by far the best lunch box I have ever used. It's strong and versatile and high quality. I love the color options too. The size is also perfect. Love love this. think my kids will use this until they don't need to carry lunch boxes anymore. Good investment. Highly recommend!!

We own two of these and use them every single day. My daughter carries them to school and on the weekends to practices, games, and friends' homes. She has severe food allergies so bringing her food is a must! These have held up amazingly for daily use over several months. So the quality of the product is fantastic! I only took off 1 star for my cons (listed below). This was well worth the purchase!Pros:It's sturdy and well madeThe thermos is removable and can be used for hot or cold foodsFits in a lunch boxWashes easilyCompartments can be used in a variety of waysLeak proofCons:The lid for the thermos must be screwed on into the thermos grooves exactly right. It can be difficult because it will seem secure and on tight but may not be in the channel just right.It is heavy - more than the Bentgo boxes - could be an issue for very young childrenMust be hand washedOnly has one sliding divider - wish there were twoMy teen would like one but says that the color choices are too "little kid"It is pricey (but worth it)Worried about what you read in the bad reviews...here are the issues:1. It leaks. This is because the thermos cap isn't on correctly. It is difficult to get set into the grooved channels just right and will leak if not properly screwed on. It can seem like it's screwed in well but may not be.2. Food doesn't stay hot or cold in thermos. It's not a traditional double wall glass lined thermos so you have to prep it for yoru desired temp. To keep foods hot: pour in boiling water, place lid on, let sit for 5 minutes, dump water, add hot food, and it will stay warm for hours. For cold food, we place thermos in fridge overnight. Pull it out in the morning and add cold foods. Works great!3. Seal has mold. The seal has a flat side and a grooved side. The grooved side has a channel where water can get trapped. After washing, be sure that you shake the seal to remove excess water and while drying, make sure the grooved side faces downward so it will drain. If it's still wet, just use a towel to dry. Mold will grow if it isn't dried properly.4. Seal is hard to reinstall or box is hard to close, or box has a gap when closed. These are all due to seal not being installed properly. There is a grooved side and a flat side. The grooved side lines up with the channels on the box. You simply press the seal's groove into the channel and then close the lid for a moment. This makes it easier to install, box will use easily, and there won't be a gap.

I love how easy the Omni is to pack up and for my little to use. I feel that the Omni is versatile for packing cold or warm foods. I like that the hot container is easy for my little to grasp to try and open. The Omni seems durable as the plastic is solid which makes it a little heavier, but easy for littles to carry. I'm thinking of buying another one.
