The parts were fine. What I failed to realize was that there was a difference between the aftermarket 1 piece axle bearings and the original bearings for the two piece AMC 20. Mine is a 1982 Jeep Scrambler CJ 8. All day installing the wrong bearings. The brake plate won't press against this bearing to fit. It just hits the cage. The description could use a little finessing.

This part gives the wrong bearing and no bearing retainer ring installed then had to cut it off and order from somewhere else do not order this for a model 20 it does not fit 1 piece or two piece axel set up
