This is one of the rulers I reach for most often. It's easy to handle and works for almost all pieces in most average-sized quilt squares. I like the visibility of the numbers and lines in the Omnigrid brand.

This little ruler gets so much use in my sewing room. It's accurate and the perfect width for making quilt binding or jelly roll strips. I prefer the length being a little short like this so my hand can apply enough pressure to the whole thing at once to avoid my fabric shifting. I'd buy it again if needed, but it seems very sturdy!

Very easy to read, and I use it almost every day while I’m sewing to check seams, short lengths, and helps me center elastic when necessary. Small enough to keep in front of my sewing machine while I sew so it’s always there when I need it.

These kind of rulers are 10 thousand times better than others for drafting anything (that doesn't need a t-square).I bought several different sizes for sewing rules but had to replace my regular rulers for art with these because they are way better since you can see right though and they have marks in the middle to help line up things an resize. I have this little size up to two feet. I'm not going back to regular rulers.

I love to make small patchwork items and to have something that can help me cut 2.5" squares is so helpful! I have only been using a ruler and cutting mat or cutting a square out of cardboard but it makes me so glad to be able to see through the ruler and know for certainty I am making accurate measurements. This is going to save a lot of time, I'm so thankful!
