How to Use
1. Put both thumbs on the top of the microphone holder, and open the left and right sides at the same time.
2. Push the main body of the microphone firmly with your fingers.
3. The split is complete.
4. When you install it correctly, the bracket and the main body are in a safe fit, and it will make a sound when it is stuck in place.

Doesn't work, there is no sound picked up. I watched several tutorials, but it isn't user error, it's just faulty equipment.

This product is absolutely horrendous. I'm opening it up and I'm thinking to myself, YES, this took WEEKS to get here. I put it in my camera, extatic to finally make videos with a mic. When played back, I heard what could only be described as a demigorgan crawling out of the upside down. Do not buy at any cost. Total waste of time and money.

i watched videos, tried multiple times throughout multiple days, it does not work at all it doesn't pickup any audio whatsoever at least on mines it doesn't save you're money look for a more valuable and less cheap

Mic makes static noise and does not stay connected to camera because cord has a shortage in it
