I have owned this brand of receivers before, and they have always lasted the test of time so it was in a no-brainer when it came time to upgrade to purchase another one. The receiver does everything that states it will do swimmingly although I’ve only had it for a week so far so good. One of the best features I like about this receiver is the audio calibration set up and may put this thing together easy. The receiver captured all the right frequencies from subwoofers to the tiniest of my speakers so there was not much for me to do but sit back and enjoy for those of you looking for something extremely simple but with updated features go with this sit back and enjoy your new sound stage. Also the biggest reason for me purchasing the receiver was the fact there is an audio option for increase Voice enhancement. This was a huge plus and a huge deciding factor on purging this receiver.

Very nice A/V Reciever for the price. The product continues to perform very well. Have configured the unit with Klipsch speakers which enhances the listening experience. Onyko and Klipsch audio engineers worked together to make this happen.

The only reason is not 5 stars is most likely my fault. I have a passive subwoofer which this unit doesn't have the ability to do. Sound quality and ease of set up are excellent.

I’m using this receiver for my 3.1 setup of 2 r600f, rp500cII, and r101sw all Klipsch speakers. Sounds great and I have upgrade potential. I can add 2 atoms speakers making it 3.1.2 or add 2 speakers in the rear for 5.1. If you’re being reasonable about your home theater experience this is more than enough. If you are trying to be crazy and spend 5k or more on speakers to turn a whole room into a theater then by all means go buy an expensive receiver. But for people I would consider average to enthusiasts spend 1 to 3k on tuning a living into a great experience this is a great choice.

I had no issues with movies or games and the sound quality with anything wired. Receiver was very easy to plug and play. The deal breaker for me is the bluetooth connection. I constantly use my receiver's bluetooth abilities to play music when I'm cooking or cleaning. For some reason I can't get rid of the interference on this receiver. Everytime I hook up the bluetooth, whether it be through my phone or my computer, I get a loud background buzzing. This never happened with my old receiver, nor does it happen with any other bluetooth speakers I own. I haven't made any changes to other devices since replacing my old receiver. So I'm going to return it and try my luck with a different one.

For the the price it totally worth it! The only downside it doesn't support WIFI or ethernet connection!
