I'm 56 and have been a religious fitness walker since I was in my 20's. In more recent years, I've started to experience some knee and foot discomfort, along with pain associated with "Tailor's Bunions" on my pinky toes. I read many reviews and articles about the benefits of wearing recovery footwear and Oofos were highly recommended by multiple sources. Since I started wearing them a couple of weeks ago, I have already felt less knee discomfort/stiffness and foot pain. And I can actually walk barefoot (like when I first get up in the morning) without feeling like I've got little pebbles stuck under the base of my pinky toes. They fit comfortably and securely. I would say they run a bit on the small side, so if you wear a half size like me (8.5) I'd go up to the larger whole size. The 9's fit me perfectly. While I don't wear them all day or outside much, they're excellent "therapy" sandals. And definitely worth the price!

I'm a sandal aficionado to the point I'm kind of known/teased for wearing them pretty much year around. So let me first say that even if you aren't looking for particular relief I find these to be great shoes. A lot of "flip-flops" don't hang well on the foot and the tip can tend to catch on carpeting or whatever and possibly cause a bad trip. Oofos foam is marvelously dense and molded in a way that hangs close to my foot. The support is exceptional but very comfy.I've had major bone & foot surgery following an accident which threw off my gait some---which does various damage over the course of time to include some hip problems. Top that off with a Tailor's Bunion of the pinky toe and I was pretty miserable every step I took and I have to take a lot in a day.Oofos have been a literal blessing. When I say literal I mean I thank God pretty much everyday since I got them. If you're hurting this might be your solution. I ordered another pair after the first day of wearing them and after a few weeks I figured I'd be in trouble without them and ended up investing in 10 pairs total to pull off the shelf as needed. I'm definitely going to give their full shoes a try as well. Good luck---I know how much it means to find some relief, I hope it works for you too!

I ordered Oofos and didn’t like them. My teenager loved them so I got him a pair. He said they were soft and comfortable. He has Osgood-Schlatter disease and these were recommended by his physicians. The first pair were amazing and lasted an entire year. The second pair broke inside of a couple of weeks. The next pair, the toe thong broke the second time he wore them. We contacted Oofas and they honored a replacement so we will continue ordering them. When they work, they’re the best sandals on the market for growing pains.

This product, although not necessarily stylish, is extremely comfortable. I am unsure of the durability of the material since I haven’t had the chance to wear them outside, but they seem to have a very solid construction. I purchased them because I was hoping to help alleviate some of the discomfort I feel from plantar fasciitis. This product does the trick. I have noticed the higher arch alongside the forgiving sole has helped my heel pain teemed. I have them at the foot of my bed, and slip them on as soon as I wake up. I wear them around the house and don’t take them off unless I am heading out the door with a different pair of shoes. I am confident I will be wearing them out of the house as soon as temperatures warm up.

These are the most comphortable sandals I have ever worn. I have never liked a sandal with a piece between the toes, but those are the exception. After a day or so they conform to your feet. Definitely worth the every penney. I would buy moor if there were more color options.
