Awesome product. Looks great, very visible, high intensity lighting. The app is an awesome feature, but the best part is the brake lighting.I did have one slight issue with one of the strips. I contacted Opt 7, submitted what they asked for and boom, they stood behind their product and shipped me a new one, immediately. I won’t use any other product for lighting.Follow up. I saw that a few of the lights were out on a couple of strips. I contacted opt7 and spoke with Bernie, who insured me the issue would be taken care of. Bernie asked a few question about the installation and my replacement parts were in the mail. Awesome company. Thank you .

I had lights installed by local harley dealer. They had problems. I called Ben (customer service) and he helped us out. He got back to me same day. And I tell you that's rare. I'd buy this product again for my next bike

The install went well however because the instructions are lacking and slightly misleading, I ended up undoing a perfect install. The instructions indicate a single auxiliary wire that needs to be connected to the brake positive line. The equipment has two wires for auxiliary not one so as you would suspect black wire goes to ground red wire goes to positive brake wire. Finally, when you hit your brakes the default is white, not red so in the app that you install on your phone the (door assist) that you see is default red… doesn’t indicate that this is where you must hit the save function for your default white brake light color to change to red…. Once I figured out that the door assist is your brake light for a motorcycle install and your door assist is how and where you go to change the color to any color you wish but you must hit save for it to take affect. I would’ve given this a five star rating have the instructions for the motorcycle install been more exact. I would recommend even making a video for motorcycle install.

I got finished installing this product and within a block of riding the lights stopped working. Thinking it was a defective part I contacted their customer support. They sent me replacement parts which didn’t fix it. I later found out that one of the wires were on the exhaust and melted them shorting the system. After I told them that they still offered to replace anything I needed. In which I declined cause I would feel bad since it was my fault.In other words the lights look great very bright! I highly recommend this Kit!!

The lights itself are beautiful and I bought them because they were able to change with an app on your phone... but the only problem is THE APP!!!!! It will not work at all!!!! It constantly disconnects or won't register the lights at all. If you wanted changing lights stear clear from these ones.

Clean surfaces very very well! That's the only way I had any trouble with adhesion. Works very well! Super easy to install and you can easily add more LEDs later on as I did very easily. Only thing I wish that the app did was in stead of random strobe I wish I could exclude certain colors like red and blue. FYI in most states flashing red or blue is illegal. Also when I tried to purchase additional LEDs it wasnt on amazon at first and is now so at first I tried to order directly from the company. It was a complete waste of time. There website is hard to use and in the end I couldnt be sent my stuff cause my debut card and shipping address are different.. smh

Had a problem with opt7 motorcycle LEDs. Contacted customer service and they help me figure out and solve my issue. Was not a long drawn out process. Thanks ðŸ‘

I expected better, maybe I just got the 'lemon' product.The provided wipe for pre sticking doesn't last long enough (even if you put it back in the foil), mine dried out by the time I went to do the other side of my bike.The 3M sticks do not stick well without the wipe which leaves it to be useless ( I have to go out and by double sided tape now)Be cautious when pressing/rubbing on the strip when you are applying it, as in the picture the clear material covering the LED's started crumbling off and leaving parts of the LEDs exposed.Also, there is a problem with the AUX brake light cable, when the unit is off, there is a reserve signal looping back to the brake light making it lightly dim.
