i have used Opti for both 2 cycle (not this product) and 4 cycle (this product) engines. I used this oil in expensive Honda mower engines. While I am NOT an oil engineer, I personally believe these folks make the best oils in the business for 2 and 4 cycle lawn equipment. I have, and will, buy this again!GOOD LUCK!

I have used Opti-4 for years. I have a very slopped lawn and this helps keep the mower well lubricated when in not ideal positions. I had one mower for over 10 years and the engine was like new with the hydro-static drive decided to die. Prior to starting to use this I had gone through a couple of mowers in a short time due to engine wear.
