I bought these as objective lens covers for my Leica Ultravid 8x20 compact binoculars. They are a good fit and work on the eyepiece side as well. The Leica's come with eyepiece covers, but they must be used either loose or attached to the strap. I prefer to keep these as pocketable as possible, so I don't use the strap. So I'm getting an extra set to use on the eyepiece side as well. Note, however, that using them on the eyepiece side means that either they sit a bit awkwardly on the pull-out eyecups OR they have to sit on the barrels where they will ever so slightly hit the Ultravid's wonderful and delightfully oversized focus knob and prevent the binoculars from fully folding up (it's about a 2mm difference in total). No impact on folding up if used only on objective end.Since the Leica Monovid 8x20 is basically a single tube Ultravid, I tried the lens cover on the Monovid object as well and it's a great fit. Moreover, it's slim enough that the Monovid will still fit in it's leather carrying case with the objective cover left on! My previous solution, a hard plastic flip cover suggested on some sport optics forums, is more durable but precludes the use of the Leica carrying case when mounted. It's also much stiffer and harder to open (it's really designed as a cover for a rifle scope). This Opticron cover is a much better solution for a birder like me.The material grips well to both the rubber armored Ultravid (I have the BR model) as well as the metal barrel of the Monovid.Pricewise, these are a bit expensive, but there's almost nothing else out there at such a compact size.So I'm buying two more pairs: one to use on the Ultravid eyepieces and another to put on the Monovid.

Leupold Yosemite 8x30 binoculars: measured objective OD was 43mm (old binoculars but I still use them a lot). These 42-44mm covers are a perfect fit. Snug but easy to slip on. Good quality material. These binoculars came with caps that have no attachment, so this was a "must" (wish I had done this long ago). I was taken back by the price, but once I received these covers, it appears they might be worth it. Attached pic shows one side with cap on and the other side with cap removed so you can see the natural fall point.Nikon Laserforce 10x42 range-finding binoculars: measured objective was about 54.6. The 53-55mm covers were a perfect fit. I was a little worried that they'd be too snug, but not the case. They fit just as nice as the aforementioned covers described above. The covers that come with these Nikon binocs are 'plug-inside the objective tube' rather than a cover. After several uses, I found that much as I like the plug design for sealing out the elements, they just never went in easy. It always took a little fiddling and some moderate pressure to get them in (one slip and you could easily end up with your greasy fingerprint smushed onto the lens). These new covers go on very easy without any fiddling or unnecessary force, and they are plenty snug that they won't come off. If I had not purchased these covers for my Leupold binocs, I would never have purchased for covers my nice, new, and expensive Nikon binocs. But I'm glad that I did. Much as I like these Nikon range-finding binoculars (they are awesome), I was getting tired of spending 30 seconds and, arguably more importantly, having to divert all of my attention to the binoculars just to secure the objective lenses.

I have a pair of Bushnell Powerview 2 binoculars. I wanted some covers for the lenses, so went looking online, found these on Amazon. The elastic strap around the lens is nice and tight.

Using these on Zeiss Terra ED 8x42 (choose outer Diameter 53~55mm). The loops that go around the objective tubes are a little loose but shouldn't slip off. The lens covers have a good heft. The fit is snug enough so that the caps don't fall off, but also push on easily.

I bought these for my Swarovski Curio 7x21 compact pocket binocular which I will return due to jittery image in hands see my review on Amazon on this binocular. These objective covers however are very nice and fit these binoculars very well. Not too tight but they work excellent and protect the objective lenses. Give these a try if you own a Curio 7x21 binocular.

It’s really hard to find caps that fit this Canon model but these work great! These won’t fall off and we love how they protect the glass lens. One thing to note is the rubber loop to hold on the objective lens cover won’t fit so I’m cutting them off. Canon doesn’t even include a space for that on theirs so I’m not too worried. They hold on well enough they won’t fall off. I will just have to make sure I put them in my pocket or remember where I set them down! These are definitely worth 5 stars.!

The hinge on the original objective lens covers wore out and broke through on my Celestron 8 x 42 Trailseeker ED binoculars. Extensive searching for replacements, including contacting Celestron, was to no avail. Then I found Opticron products and they appeared to be the sole manufacturer including the measurement of objective outer diameter for fitment. The outer diameter on my binoculars is 51mm, so I ordered the replacements that fit 51-52mm. Although they work just fine, they do not fit as snug as the originals. The I.D. of the originals is 50.3mm, and the replacement I.D. measures 51.0 mm. Without having tried them, perhaps the 50-51mm Opticron replacements would fit more snugly as the originals. But can't say if they would be too tight. At any rate, these work well and are the only replacement I could find. Three stars for value - these were more expensive than other replacements- and accuracy - these would be snugger on the 52mm O.D. end of the fit range. The originals had a 0.7mm interference versus none for these on my binoculars. Durability has been great, but I haven't had these for as long as the originals.

These binocular lens protectors are far superior than the ones that came with the binoculars, worth the investment.

Having lost one of the caps these are great as they are always connected and just push fit on.

Funziona, si adatta bene al mio Nikon anche se, trovo i 20 e più €, un costo esagerato (dato che dovrebbero essere forniti con il binocolo, che non costa 2 €). Comunque occhio alle misure
