This chain will work on an Echo CS 590 Timber-Wolf. It cuts extremely well and seems to keep a sharp edge for a reasonably long time. You can't go wrong with a Oregon chain

Once was a time you could compare Oregon to the best chains on the market, now I'd say they are slightly above average. If you want the best, this isn't it, if you want the cheapest this isn't it, but if you want a great mixture of value than this is perfect. Easy to round file sharpen, rakers are easy to file, cuts well, could hold an edge better.... but you get what you pay for

I was cutting logs all day 8 hrs strait plus touching dirt every other cut due to not giving a fudge. Next day boss grabs my saw to cut a maple down and asked me, "is this a new chain? That was butter." My boss hates having dull chains on his sites and I didn't even give that a single rub cutting a massive elm all day the day prior. Love these chains. I only buy Oregon for my ms660.

Bought this to be a secondary chain on my husq rancher 460. Used it to cut a cord last weekend and it cut through the trees like butter. Very happy with the chain. Will probably get a second one.
