So cute on our baby & it protected her head while she was learning to sit up & then later stand. I have washed it a few times in the washing machine and it still looks brand new.

I cannot recommend this product enough. I work from home in my garage with slick concrete floors and she will walk around out there. Because it can be so slippery, I had bought this on a whim thinking that atleast it would be cute, and might help a little when she falls. Not only is it stinking adorable, it quite literally saved us a hospital trip. She stood at the base of the baby gate and had shook it in frustration while I was making her food in the kitchen and the top half of the baby gate slipped loose from the door frame and she fell backwards with no way to try and save herself. She would have hit the base of her skull with her whole body weight. Thankfully I had not taken off her "helmet" from being out in the garage because she didn't even have a bump! She cried from pain but after a few minutes she was running around and playing again, and her head was totally fine. Since thay fall just 3 days ago, now she grabs it and hands it to me to put on her sometimes hahahahah! I can't imagine having a baby learning to stand and walk without this!! I buying them for all my friends who have babies!!

I like this head protector, better than ones that only protect the back of the head as my son tends to fall forward more than backwards. However, the padding is not super thick, so it really only helps a little bit to protect from the fall. It does fit well though, and seem to be comfortable.

This picture was taken April 25, 2004 after receiving the helmet from Amazon. My grandson is approximately 6 months old here but he is already wearing 18 month old outfits. He is very active so he took a few unexpected tumbles off the couch and this little helmet protected him from hurting himself. He still wears it around the house now that he has become more mobile it protects him when he bumps into walls and furniture while he is learning to steer his baby walker on wheels. Although we've only had it for a little over 2 months I believe this is going to come in handy for a long time. It appears to be comfortable on him because he doesn't try to remove it or complain while wearing it. I love the fact that it is 100% cotton, breathable, adjustable and lightweight. I'm very happy that we purchased this helmet.

I'm happy to be able to protect my little one's head. She is starting to learn to sit and just plops over. She also plops from tummy time to her back and hits her head on the way down. She is on a cushioned mat so she doesn't cry when she hits her head, but this also gives me peace of mind knowing it has extra cushion.

This product is so stinkin' cute and has saved my nephew's head four times already (arrived yesterday). It doesn't look like it bothers him at all either. I wish there was some way to be certain that it's organic, but that's probably asking too much.
