These are my favorite nursing pads. I’m on my second baby and have had oversupply with both so nursing pads are a must. I tried the reusable ones and had to wear multiple per side, and would still dampen my bra. I hated the idea of wearing a maxi pad on my nipple which is exactly what the Lansinoh and Medela pads felt like to me. I thought these after my regular nursing pads had a tear in the corner, and filled my bra with a weird gel like substance. I hated to think my child could be ingesting anything like that. I didn’t have high hopes for the absorbency of an organic cotton nursing pad, but I have been pleasantly surprised. These are just so comfortable and soft that I forget I am wearing them. And they do the job, even on overnights. I really love this product.

Very comfortable and they disappear under your shirt unlike some of the brands. No more leakage and they stay where you put them.

At first glance I thought they were really big and also thicker than others I’ve used. Same softness as others. After using there are many pros! The size and thickness is great because they are big like a bra cup and so the edge doesn’t ever move around enough to get you nipple and cause that itch or leak and also I feel like it doesn’t look crinkly when I’m not wearing the cup insert for my nursing bras and tanks. It just appears smooth and my nipple doesn’t show through. I’m very impressed, I think they are a little pricey but they are basically 2 normal pads in one pad I’d say.
Love!

Very comfortable to wear and absorbent. Feels good knowing that was is in contact with my skin/baby's mouth is organic material. Only reason for giving one less star is the adhesive isn't very sticky, but my nursing bras hold them in place just fine, so no big deal!

The absorbency is not too bad at all, however my nipples stick every time I use them. They are also itchy and a bit uncomfortable.

These pads are softer to me than Lasinoh pads and just as absorbent, if not more so. I have a problem with overproducing and leaking, and these pads have kept my clothes clean. I also like that they're made out of organic cotton!

I just had my 7th baby and always have used Lansinoh breast pads and bought these thinking they would be a healthier version, I was very wrong. Within three days of using this product I got a Breast infection that turned into mastitis. Then two days later another breast infection on the other side, this has never happened before. I spoke to a lactation consultant who informed me that because the milk was not being absorbed into the pad correctly it was backing up the milk and clogging me creating an infection. This has been a very frustrating experience and only because I tried these breast pads that are uncomfortable and do not help but actually hurt the breast tissue. From an experienced breast feeder do not waste your money or hurt your healthy breasts.
