This is a very generously sized pack of forget-me-not seeds! I have a large planting area, so the quantity of seeds was appreciated. These are some serious spreaders, so keep that in mind. In my case, that's what I needed for a massive field that doesn't grow much successfully due to poor soil quality that I'm working on over time. But it's nice to have some pretty blue flowers in the meantime. These grow like weeds, though I found the germination rate just okay. But for this quantity, it's not a huge issue. Definitely plant more than you think you'll need though.

Since it's been in the 20's here, I haven't had a chance to plant these yet but if they're like the seeds from Organo Republic I've bought in the past, I can feel confident that these will also have excellent germination rate. It includes a helpful guide on the back for planting and germination.

Used this in two areas in two different ways:First was tossing them indiscriminately on a side lawn after using some aerator spike shoes to loosen the soil slightly. Typically, the soil is rather compacted and clay-like. Plenty of the seeds germinated and began growing and spreading easily without too much watering.The second way was growing them in a much looser, richer soil inside of individual cups. They germinated and grew well here as well. No complaints!

These seeds come packaged well enough to not be damaged in transit, and they were clean and whole. They have a high enough germination rate that you can use two in a container to plant and at least one and probably both will sprout. These flowers are pretty and do well in mild seasons of zones 3-9 and can also tolerate drought and heat in those zones. They grow in North America along the edges of forests and like that sort of morning cool and part afternoon shade. The petals are edible and used for decoration as well as herbal purposes. These would be a nice gift for a gardener in areas 3-9. I live in zone 10 and am growing it as well! It doesn't like our hottest days but does well in part shade as long as there is enough indirect light.
