I received it promptly and it works good on single piston calipers. You have to move it around on double piston calipers and is fairly good quality wise. It does beat on using C clamps that move around a lot. I'd recommend for a DIY'er to have at home.

i decided to buy one of these to see if it would make the piston compression easy. well, i found out that this was more cumbersome than my old trusty C clamp. i had use my c clamp for the last 44 years but since some of the new e brake cars require a special piston tool that screws in the piston i decided to buy that one and this one i'm reviewing. there is nothing wrong with this tool but a C clamp is quicker and can be used for other things. this is why i still gave it 5 stars. it does do the job.

Been using a c clamp for years to push back brake pistonsFinally had enough of fumbling with it, so I gave this a try.It works great, the screw is a bit short for larger calipers, so I places a lug nut in the piston, worked fine.

Looks like a good addition to the toolbox, seems well made I normally use a C clamp but I can see the benefit of using this tool over that.
