Worked great. Have a few Mac tools pullers but one would bottom out in the crank, the other wouldn’t fit between the slots in the harmonic balancer. This kit arrived and I was surprised to see no pieces all over inside the case. Finally, a company got their blow mold case design RIGHT! Kit had plenty of options. The tips didn’t distort during the removal of the balancer (which is usually the case with other cheap pullers I’ve owned). I’m glad I got this set because I really had to pour the coals to it to remove that balancer, using the biggest threaded rod in the kit. Always lube your threads and they’ll last you a long time.

I have used this on engines, transmissions and transfer cases and has worked great. I even used the larger puller on some drum brakes to pull a stuck drum in a 1974 Jeep.

I'm an older seasoned automotive technician, I'm reviewing this product based on my many years of experience in the field using high quality parts, supplies, tools, and equipment. This gear puller set comes pretty complete, 4 sets of jaws and 8 center assemblies to be used as either a 2 or 3 jaw puller. Bolts included in the kit. Plastic storage case keeps thing organized. Storage case uses a pinned hinge which should last a very long time. Simple instruction sheet included. Not convinced on overall quality, but should work for most puller applications. Price point is considered reasonable for this item.

I got this for my husband because he had desperately been needing one of these as he works on a lot of vehicles! He had a small set from a local auto parts shop but it really was just not cutting it whatsoever. This kit is not limited by any means and has tons of parts that weren't even included in the other kit we had. Up on receiving this it was very well packed in the box, as well as all the tools and parts were well packed inside of the case that it comes in. There were not loose Parts flying around like other Auto Tool kits we have received recently. Everything was tightly in place and fit perfectly like a glove. All of the tools in the set were very excellent and well made not a light bendable metal but very nice and heavy duty! You can tell that these are very well made from good materials! My husband has already tried these out on one car that he had been trying to work on the gear pulleys for a while, and he said that this kit literally blows all the other kits that he has had out of the water. All of the tools in this work flawlessly and fit like a glove with their attachments! The ad for this kit is 100% legit and everything is correct in terms of measurements and functionality! Really could not be more happy with this and if you have been looking for a while we definitely recommend this one! Definitely an excellent value for your money quality and ease of use wise! Got to give it a 10/10
