I bought these after getting sick of using single use hand warmers for skiing. Kept my hands nice and warm. My only two critiques would be either the thumb hat doesn’t work well/is not there (product picture seems to show it should be heated) and the battery life is not enough for a full day of skiing on high (the product information will also tell you this so just invest in a second set of batteries if you intend on being out all day). Overall though, I would highly recommend.

Updated Response:After conversations via email with Ororro, I am beyond pleased to say that Ororro replaced my mittens free of charge - minus the batteries. I have the battery set from the initial pair of mittens that are brand new so no need for those. Their warranty indicates fabric isn't warranted and I think it should be re-evaluated by them on a case by case basis. Mine ripped at the cuff seam which wasn't related to extended use and miss-care. Thank you again Ororro! I love my heated mittens.Original Response:The fabric tore after the first time wearing where the wrist strap connected to the glove. I will be contacting Ororro.

Awesome product. Delivered without batteries. Had to return and still waiting for replacement.would have been much better to just have the batteries sent. It would have been awesome to actually have talked to a human-being.

Did not work as advertised. When I asked the seller for help they were 5 days getting back to me. Actually 4 but they sent me a message 1030 at night. Did not see that till the next day.

We have a couple of the ORORO jackets and vests and love them so I decided to replace my older heated mittens with a set of these and I liked the way the look with the longer cuffs but then I tried using them two days. Where the button is to adjust the temperature is where the pole straps go and I constantly had to check the setting on the glove as the temperature changed or the gloves were completely turned off. Even when on its highest setting my fingers were still cold and I normally do not get cold finger. Save you time and go with a different brand.

Just purchased for my wife. I was disappointed to see the batteries are charged via micro-USB. It’s a week from 2025 and I no longer travel with micro-USB adapters. Ugh!

I got an ororo heated winter jacket as a Christmas present and absolutely adored it!!! So I bought the heated gloves for myself. As a person that is ALWAYS cold, this jacket and gloves have been my saving grace. If you’re always cold - give their products a chance.
