Love this onion keeper! It keeps my half-cut onion enclosed and the smell stays inside the container. I can reuse it so I'm not constantly getting a plastic baggie for my onion. And it goes in the dishwasher for cleaning, so that's easy. The closing mechanism is a half-twist, which is fine for me--very easy to maneuver.

This was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I purchased one! This little carrier holds a large onion and even better ....holds in the smell! No longer will the cut red onion have to be triple bagged to go into the veggie crisper, just pop it in this little guy and your all set! Keeps the onion fresh and keeps the scent inside.

Works great and keeps odors inside the container. Opens easily with a twist of the top and bottom pieces. Well built, built to last, sturdy for sure. Only issue is so far all the red onions I have bought don't fit because they are too big for the container. If they did fit this would be the perfect product. Maybe it should be made a little bigger.

I bought this because I never seem to use a whole onion and found myself throwing away unused part because it went bad. This container is a game changer! It not only kept unused onion portion fresh, but it also worked for green peppers. Highly recommend. Sorry I didn’t buy it sooner.
