This is very easy to install if you have the right place to install it. I have put it on and taken it off several times. It is made out of plastic so the threads could get messed up easily. I still use it when needed.

Well our old shower head holder cracked and is no longer useful, I had a hard time finding a holder that would sufficiently fit our pole and the shower head connector, but this little unit worked perfect. It attaches to the existing pole very easily because it screws and unscrews and it tightens to a very small diameter pole like the one we have. I didn't want to be forced to unscrew the actual pole from the wall, I just wanted a holder that would tighten on to the very narrow Pole.It is plastic, but don't let that deter you from buying it, you actually want plastic it's light and it won't rust. I read one review and the author was disappointed that it wasn't aluminum, I certainly wouldn't want aluminum in the shower, as that would be Overkill to hold a simple shower head. in regards to the longevity of this little unit, I can't really say, but even if it lasts 2 years and then has to replace I would look at that as a big win. it is inexpensive, easy to attach and it looks good, but above that it feels very sturdy. if you are looking for a shower head holder that needs to attach to a very thin bar, then this is it. I am very happy with the purchase.
