This bed looks adorable and is one of the few with side rails at both the head and foot. If you are one of the lucky people who have it arrive in good shape, you might be golden.The white pieces of this bed are made of fiber board and are fairly fragile. Sadly, the way the manufacturer currently packages this bed does not actually keep those pieces safe in shipping. They use a few thin pieces of foam and a thin cardboard box, so even small dents to the exterior box transfer through to the bed pieces and damage it. Such a bummer because I think the bed would probably have been strong enough to handle my kid *if* it had not arrived broken. Ultimately, we sent it back and opted for a toddler bed we could find locally rather than chance getting a second broken bed (we don’t live somewhere with two day shipping).If they change the packaging or you have the time/patience to order it multiple times, it could be an adorable option for your kiddo

This little bed is great and a perfect fit for my 1 1/2 yr old grandson. Fits perfectly in the bedroom and we don’t have to worry about him falling and getting hurt.easy to put together

Fully assembled, this bed is cute and exactly what I wanted for my little one. I love the combination of paint and natural wood, and the height is perfect for tiny toddler legs. Assembly was less than fun, especially as I was too impatient to wait for my husband’s help and did it solo. I don’t know if it was user error or some of my parts were misnumbered, but I had to take apart and reassemble pieces several times. All the work of a jigsaw puzzle without the fun. Some of the pieces are very thin, and therefore also very fragile. I cracked a couple with overzealous bolt tightening. All in all, I’m happy my little has a new bed AND I would not put this together again myself. At least not without a glass of wine.
