I had another toaster by Oster and it lasted like 8 years (and technically it still works). So, I definitely wanted to buy another one from Oster. This one toasts perfectly. It's a very sleek design. I love it as much as the first one. I got this one on Black Friday sales, so it's definitely worth the price!

Very lightweight, seems cheap! Slops are not EXTRA WIDE, my bagel don’t fit most of the time. There is one spot on both sides that don’t toast well. I submitted a form for return, but I missed the return date, I would like to return.

Should have gotten a heavier unit. Ok toaster, but too light weight. This unit replaced an Oster toaster that lasted for 15 years. I doubt the new unit will last 2 years
