With shop air as the energy source, OTC's 2510A 'Stinger' Air/Hydraulic pump has the power and oil capacity (98 cubic inches of useable oil) to drive even the large 55-ton rams. With high capacity, quality materials, and robust construction, this unit is an ideal all-around power source for dozens of body, frame, and alignment applications. It can be used with a variety of rams, presses, and hydraulic pullers operating at up to 10,000 PSI. An internal relief valve protects the hydraulic components regardless of hydraulic pressure. In addition, a two-stage release mechanism gives fast or metered ram return while reducing hydraulic shock. Pump requires 9 cfm at 100 PSI air pressure (at the pump). This works great on my 12 k 4 post lift .. Its a little slower then original but lifts heavy trucks.

This hydraulic pump works very good. It frees up both hands so you can hold the parts in place that your working on. The hand pump on my press took forever and a day to operate it and I could only hold the parts with one hand and operate the hand pump with the other. The OTC pump saved a lot of time.

This is very good for the price. The key to getting the full power from this type of pump is in the larger capacity hydraulic tank like this has. The cheaper models have only 1/2 the volume reservoir and will not create the same power in the last 1/2 of ram movement of your device. I know, my last one was the smaller size and that's what happened to me. My local hydraulic shop explained this to me, and were 100% correct after using this hydraulic tank size. It's like a different tool with this pump sized tank.

I bought this to power my JD2 model 32 hydraulic bender using their cylinder and it works great.I also needed this hose and this quick disconnect adapter and of course and air compressor. My 5hp 20 gallon barely keeps up with it but its an old compressor. You can come out a little cheaper(like close to 200 bucks) by piecing it together here than buying the one from JD2.
