Phone cover has protected phone from breakage last three drops but the hard plastic corners break and I have to buy a new one as it pops off once striking the ground.

I have used an OtterBox case clip system for longer than I can remember. Women's pants do not always have pockets, and I was on call 24/7 beginning in 1998. My dog loves to chew on conch and other smooth shells and unfortunately the smooth corner of my clip box. Although I had read the reviews that the box was too big for the phone, I needed one and thought that I might be able to rig it and make it more snug by putting something like Super Glue in the 4 inside corners of the holder. Because of the reviews, I checked and double checked that I was purchasing the correct box for my phone. When I received it, I realized that the OtterBox company had skimped on how much the 4 corners come back over the phone when it is clipped into the case. I compared it to my half-eaten prior OtterBox. It is so frustrating when companies shrink/change products to save money even at the expense of their products not working!Christy

This is a great sturdy stool! There was an issue with one of the holes for assembly being drilled in the wrong place. The seller replaced it immediately (had it within 2 days!) and we returned the first one. Easy assembly and sturdy for our purposes.

I've used Otterbox iPhone protectors and belt clips for over five years now. I'm not only or just impressed...I'm completely ecstatic with their performance. The belt clips were reasonably sound - I occasionally broke one when I caught it on something and nothing else 'gave.' But they worked great. They captured and held my phone. But that was then...this is now.Thank stars for the Otterbox phone protector because my new iPhone 14 has dropped from the belt clip too many times to count - already, in less than a couple of months. The 'clips' on the holder are minimal in length/size, and you have to nestle the phone in, then check it to be sure it 'caught', then double-check it again. Did I mention that my phone has hit the ground a number of times after it was allegedly secure in the holder?Insert. Click. Check. Adjust. Click. Check. OOPS! There it goes again - bam on the ground. Fortunately, so far, I've either felt it hit my foot, or heard it 'clunk' when it landed. I fear that it will drop one day soon and I won't hear or feel it and...I think the bottom 'clips/holders' need to be just a bit longer, more easily and firmly capturing the phone and making it as easy as the old clip for my 7S phone was.I will add that the quality of this 'real Otterbox' clip is superior to the construction/quality of other 'wanna-be's' that I've tried in the past. Their cheaper construction and material made them more susceptible to breaking.

Bought a new iPhone 14 and a new otter box with a belt clip. The continuously fell out and the clip broke on one corner making it impossible to use. Lasted 1 month! Quality has gone down and it’s happening to more people now. Otter needs to verify quality. Not impressed, don’t waste your money
