Very easy install and easy to adjust. Perfect for with no issues. Excellent for the price too.You know how all projects seem like they should take only 15 min but end up taking 2 hours? Well this is a 15 min project that takes 15 min or less! Only warning is that the one nut you need to remove is metric and not SAE. So you will need either a metric socket set or an adjustable crescent wrench.

Fit and worked as listed. Recommend getting a small wiper puller to remove old wiper arm.

My back wiper was broken off at the car wash. I had put off ordering another one. I found this one and purchased it. It was so much easier to install than I thought it would be. Now I have a work back wiper.

This is a well made wiper replacement. It requires the removal of a nut attaching the wiper assembly on the rear wiper assembly. I just couldn't get the wiper assembly nut off after all its been on for 13 years and was frozen this being a 2008 ML 350, fearing I would damage the assembly. I would suggest making sure you can remove the attachment assembly nut making sure it can come off. If it does then this is a great replacement. The nut on my wiper assembly was simply frozen solid and couldn't be removed.

This is the first replacement I've gotten for my CX-5 that has actually wiped all the water off the back window. I'm very happy with it. I live on a dirt road and it's even done well with the excessive buildup of dust.

Even though its really cheap plastic material it goes on fine and works fine for normal conditions. HOWEVER... the first little bit of frost we got, the arm snapped like a twig on the first wipe.

Could not quite complete the installation. Had the garage do it… difficulty removing the broken part and wanted to avoid damaging the motor unit…. The kit did have everything that was required for the install.

The product is possibly ok, however for international shipping it was poorly packed and arrived broken in several places, fortunately the piece that had broken on my car was not broken and I was able to salvage bits from my old arm and the broken new arm to make one good arm.If the supplier packaged it better and it had arrived intact I am sure I would have scored it a 4 at least.
